Three By-Law changes approved by Thendara’s Board on January 20, 2018
To become effective, member approval needed at the Annual Meeting on April 8, 2018

By-Law Change #1
Remove from Section 1 Article 7 under officers, strike the words and past president, past presidents are voting members of the board as long as they attend three out of the 5 yearly meetings. Past Presidents are voting members of the board as long as they attend 3 out of the 5 yearly meetings.
Add one sentence, the retiring president may remain as a member of the board will full voting rights for term of three years following the expiration of their term.
By-Law Change #2
Under Article 7 Section 2 of the by-laws add item e that reads as follows: The number of membership years required shall be defined as the number of years a member will have completed at the installation date of the elected position.
By-Law Change #3
The following sentence shall be deleted from the by-laws. Article 7, Section 3 last sentence, an elected director may not succeed himself/herself to the office of director. The following sentence shall be added, Directors may not serve for more than two consecutive terms.
