SUGGESTED HIKES INHARRIMAN STATE PARK

The following are just a few of the trails that Harriman State Park has to offer. We do recommend purchasing a
Park Map that shows the trails. Park maps are available at the visitor centers in the park, stores in Sloatburg and online NY NJ Trail Conference   Many of the trails intersect.

When considering the difficulty rating, please take into consideration your level of experience. All mileage is approximate. Please be aware as you plan your hike that the trails are not frequently patrolled. Help could take time to reach you in case of an emergency. Please don’t hike alone, avoid cliffs, drop offs and abandoned mines and plan to complete your hike before dark.  Drinking water is not available along the trails
