Pellet Furnace Replacement: Our pellet furnace is out of production and no longer operates reliably. We investigated repairs, but not all the parts are available. The Park and State will no longer allow installations of new wood burning heating systems in the park. The board voted to replace the current wood pellet system with a propane hot air furnace. The Park engineering department has reviewed and authorized our plan to replace the furnace. In the next few days a concrete pad will be installed to accommodate additional propane tanks. After the tanks are installed, we can move forward with a chimney liner and furnace installation. It is estimated the project will cost about $12,000.00
Kitchen Remodel: The floor was replaced, walls and ceiling repaired and painted and the electrical updated. The cabinets are installed and temporary plumbing is in place. The next scheduled install was the counter top, The kitchen committee is looking into other options.
