Speaker Presentation: Our own Marek Stycos – “The Musings of an American Adventurer in Nicaragua”
Marek is a long time TMC member and TMC Board of Directors member. He frequently uses his wit and good humor to keep board discussions light and his worldly experience to put matters into perspective. Anyone who has had the good fortune of attending one of his extraordinary weekends would testify to his entertaining story telling style and his unique big-hearted nature. He is a true TMC treasure!
In 1848 Cornelius Vanderbilt secured permission from Nicaragua to transport Yankee passengers through the country by the Rio San Juan route.
Marek will present his own epic cross-continent buddy canoe trip of Nicaragua featuring boats, buddies, and beer!
